Child Protection — Our commitment against ESNNA
Destino Perú is committed to responsible tourism and to protecting children and adolescents. We do not promote or permit the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (ESNNA) in any form.
In accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29408 (General Tourism Law) and the model poster approved by MINCETUR (Ministerial Resolution No. 108-2020-MINCETUR), we publish the official ESNNA prevention poster below.
The sexual exploitation of children and adolescents is a crime. It is punished, among others, by Law No. 29408, Law No. 30963 and Law No. 30802.
If you know of any case of sexual exploitation of a person under 18, please report it — your report can be anonymous. In Peru, call the free 24-hour Línea 100 or 1818.
