The itineraries, availability and prices shown are for guidance only and may change until your booking is confirmed with us in writing.
Prices and charges
Prices displayed are indicative, quoted per person and, unless stated otherwise, expressed in euros (EUR). The final price depends on the season, availability and the services you finally contract. Any charge will always be agreed with you beforehand and confirmed before payment.
Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel a confirmed service, cancellation charges may apply depending on how far in advance you notify us and on the conditions of the suppliers involved (hotels, airlines, trains and local operators). Any refund will follow those conditions and Peruvian consumer-protection rules. To request a cancellation or refund, please write to info@destinoperu.net.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — texts, the "Destino Perú" name and logo, photographs, graphics and design — belongs to Destino Perú or is used with permission, and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent. Some photographs are used under Creative Commons or public-domain licences, as noted on the site.
Protection of children and adolescents (ESNNA)

Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones)
As required by Peruvian consumer-protection law, Destino Perú keeps a Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones). You may file a complaint or claim by writing to info@destinoperu.net, and we will respond within the legal timeframe.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Peruvian law. Any dispute is subject to the applicable consumer-protection rules and to INDECOPI, without prejudice to the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
